Role: Telecom Project Manager Location: long island, NY- Locals (Hybrid) Exp: 10+ Years Duration: Long-Term Responsibilities Provisioning coordination through close cooperation with clients, vendors, management and various internal organizations. Interfacing with clients on technical details, order status and other issues as required. Preparing and distributing Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals to service and support vendors. Evaluating RFIs and RFPs Analyze and recommend solutions to Management. Preparing documentation and reports for Management including status and due dates. Conducting Project Meetings Supervise vendors. Conducting site surveys and evaluations determine entrance, pathway, electrical and space criteria. Placing circuit orders. Placing client routers and equipment orders from Vendors. Ordering (not limited to), ELine, SIP/MPLS, DF, PRI, DS1 lines. Weekly order status to stakeholder teams Scheduling and coordinating of field technicians, client expectations and Building Access Resolving discrepancies between vendors and the clients and Telecommunications Ensuring test and acceptance of circuits.
