Position: Mainframe Developer Location: Louisville, KY (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Rate: $55/Hr. Client: TCS Role Description: Configure, install, and maintain CICS software on mainframe systems. Develop and manage CICS regions to meet the application and system requirements. Must have experience with stored procedures Monitor CICS system health and performance, ensuring high availability and optimal throughput. In-depth experience with IBM CICS and z/OS mainframe systems. Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, and DB2, and their integration with CICS. Understanding of network protocols relevant to CICS (TCP/IP, SNA). Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
