In this role, youll be responsible for developing, executing, and managing customer journey strategies that leverage AJO to deliver personalized, omnichannel experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, data science, and design, to drive our customer engagement initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes. Qualifications Experience : 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital marketing or customer engagement role. 3+ years with hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, Analytics, or Target. Proven track record of delivering successful, customer-centric digital experiences, preferably in an omnichannel or B2C environment. Skills : Strong understanding of journey orchestration, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies. Analytical skills with experience using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience managing backlogs, sprint planning, and working with engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Journey Optimizer or other Adobe products. Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), real-time data processing, and machine learning in personalization. Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration, and Martech architecture.
