I hope you are doing Well, Client: - IFF Role: Workday Advanced Compensation Location: Remote MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION FROM A WORKDAY PARTNER AND 7+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Workday Implementation Consultant Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a Workday Advanced Compensation implementation project, including planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, specifically around compensation structures including regular pay, end-of-year bonuses, stock payouts, and commissions. Configure and customize Workday modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful delivery. Conduct comprehensive testing of the Workday system, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and use of the Workday Advanced Compensation platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday implementation, working closely with technical teams as needed. Assist in developing and maintaining documentation related to Workday Advanced Compensation processes and procedures. Qualifications: Workday Advanced Compensation Certification required. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation implementation, configuration, and support. Proven experience managing a full lifecycle of Workday Advanced Compensation implementation from start to finish. Strong understanding of compensation structures, including regular pay, bonuses, stock payouts, and commissions. Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile or other project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
