Hi, Role: RPA Automation Lead Location: GA, OH, FL (Onsite) Client: SLK America Either candidates from below 3 cities (Atlanta, Tampa, Columbus) or if its a very good candidate then remote is ok with relocation to one of these cities in 6 months US Citizens and GC Only Job Summary The RPA Automation Lead works independently with senior-level business partners to align solutions with business strategies. This role oversees the identification and communication of business needs and translates those needs into clear, understandable requirements. The lead assesses whether internal or external solutions exist or if new solutions are necessary, collaborating with key technology and department analysts to determine impacts on existing work processes and systems. Responsibilities include prioritizing, analyzing, and documenting business processes while providing input on buy vs. build decisions. The lead identifies improvement opportunities, negotiates agreements between business partners and IT throughout the implementation process, and provides leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts. Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead Business Process Reviews: Conduct end-to-end meetings/workshops to raise awareness of RPA capabilities, document current process pain points, and identify automation opportunities. Manage Use Case Identification: Oversee the identification and prioritization of use cases to maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline. Mentorship: Advise colleagues throughout the automation software lifecycle, sharing best practices and development techniques. Promote Automation Technologies: Drive the adoption of emerging automation technologies across the enterprise. CoE Participation: Engage in the Define, Design, and Configure project phases to ensure adherence to governance objectives. Benefit Realization: Ensure that post-implementation benefits are captured and reported according to CoE requirements. Risk Awareness: Be vigilant about risks within the functional area, observing all relevant policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Report any known or suspected violations promptly. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed. Minimum Education Bachelors degree in economics, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Experience 8 years of relevant work experience within the financial services industry. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Expert knowledge of industry-standard business practices, products, and services. Highly independent thinking and problem framing. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Visio. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to blend creativity with technical skills for refining existing theories or developing new approaches. Capability to present technical information persuasively to establish rapport and understanding. Strong communication skills for liaising with IT and clients. Ability to build and maintain customer trust and confidence. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills across all management levels. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Bachelors degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related fieldor equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience with an automation software platform (e.g., Blue Prism, Power Automate). 3+ years of project or program management experience. Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in the financial sector. Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe).
