| Note :- Only USC/GC Belle Plaine, Minnesota Hello, Urgent role of Oracle BA (Quality module) Job Code JPC - 2804 Job Title Oracle BA (Quality module) End Client Cambria Duration 3 weeks Location Belle Plaine, Minnesota Job Description T+S USC/GC We had a meeting with the hiring leader at Cambria. They're looking for an Oracle Quality Product Owner (aka, BA). It's estimated at only 2-3 weeks of work, but could go longer. They have a guy who has been there for 2 years, who is a younger kid and is not an Oracle BA. He understands Cambria and manufacturing, but not really Oracle. This person will need to mentor this person, or as they call it, "co-pilot". They want someone who can teach this young man how to support the Quality module. The module is implemented, but only use the basics. They want someone who can show them what else they can do with the module.... It's probably pretty basic stuff for someone who knows Oracle Quality. The person that needs to be mentored is in Belle Plaine, MN (where Cambria is headquartered). In an ideal world, the person would go on-site to Belle Plaine to work with him, but this could be remote using Zoom. They are flexible if the person works 40 hours/week for 2-3 weeks OR 1 day per week for a while or another solution. Ideally, it would be great / best if this consultant could mentor this person during normal business hours, but there is probably some flexibility with that, if needed. Communication skills need to be really good, since there is a lot of mentoring.
