Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules. Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development using the App Engine. Skills: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices. Proficient in designing complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, AngularJS). Experience with ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools (Integration Hub, Orchestration). Familiarity with ServiceNows CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities. Ability to work with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure. Hands-on experience with Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development.
