The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting innovative HR solutions leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Design and develop robust and scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business objectives. Define and document technical architecture blueprints, including data flows, integrations, and security protocols. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implementation and Configuration: Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, Succession Planning). Configure system settings, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs. Perform data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation. Integration: Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, third-party applications) using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. Ensure seamless data synchronization and process flows across different systems. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and applying system upgrades. Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and functionalities. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical and functional aspects. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Architect or Lead with a deep understanding of multiple SuccessFactors modules. Strong technical skills, including configuration, integration, and data migration. Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors APIs, web services, and integration technologies. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules is preferred.
