Refer more details in Job Description Requirements 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Accident and Health (A&H) Insurance domain, with a focus on Group Accident Insurance Plans and Participant Accident Insurance. Extensive experience working on Policy Administration System (PAS) projects, particularly in the Accident & Health and Excess Insurance domains. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams. Deep understanding of Group Accident Insurance, Accident and Health Coverage, and Participant Accident Insurance products and regulations. Familiarity with A&H policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, and compliance. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead discussions and negotiations across teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Familiarity with PAS platforms specific to the Accident & Health insurance industry specifically in Group Accident Insurance Plans , Accident Health Coverage and Participant Accident Insurance. Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to document and manage complex business and technical requirements.
