Job Description: The Candidate should have 6-10 years of experience as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite Payroll. Must have HCM experience in Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58 min Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied. Should have good understanding of the latest features and functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently. The Candidate should have 6-10 years of experience as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite (NA Payroll must) Functional Expertise inCore HR, NA Payroll with quarterly payroll tax update application experience. Technical expertise in People Code, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL and IB integration (XML Rest based Web services).
