From: AMIT, SUS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Lead Business Analyst- Workday Implementation Location: Remote Role-EST Duration: 15 months Phone and Skype Ideally led 1-2 full lifecycle Workday implementation experience, preferably on the client side (dont need to be technical within Workday) Someone who understands how to lead business process design with stakeholders and facilitate requirements (not just gather requirements) so a Lead who is business process oriented Worked for an enterprise with a global presence, and manufacturing industry experience Skills: Working under the supervision of the Business Relationship Manager/Application Owner: HR Renew Program. Understanding the current business processes and systems used. Collaborating with business and digital stakeholders to document detailed business requirements as assigned for the HR Renew Program. Collaborating with developers Obtaining approval of business requirements from business process owners. Data Mapping for integrations Analyze data sources, entities, and relationships to document data requirements and formal system specifications. Defining test scenarios Conduct and document Functional and System Integration testing Training the business on new or changes to applications Be a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills - projecting a very positive customer-service-oriented attitude.
