Must have: Strong DevSecOps, GCP engineer development in IAM, azure terraform, azure to GCP migration, GCP Implementation, must know Development & Operations (DevOps). Qualifications: Must have: Required Experience: 5+ years of experience with GCP services and IAM. 5+ years of Terraform experience Python/Java Script 3+ yrs. PowerShell/Linux 3+ yrs. 5+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure,GCP) 3+ years of experience with building, deploying and securing cloud platforms (public/private) 3+ years of experience building cloud Hybrid identity solutions Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, mTLS) and identity management solutions. Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating IAM workflows into DevOps pipelines. experience with Hashicorp Vault and pipeline deployment automation to cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) Preferred Qualifications: Google Cloud Certification (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Security Engineer) is a plus. Experience with hybrid cloud models or on-premise integrations. Familiarity with other IAM tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, Azure AD, AWS IAM). Responsibilities: The Lead Cloud Platform Engineer will handle Cloud IAM engineering and Automation in our cloud environments for migration projects in GCP, Azure, and Hashicorp. This position will: Implement and manage IAM policies across GCP, ensuring robust access control and adhering to least-privilege principles. Work with cross-functional teams to develop identity strategies that integrate with Azure and on prem. Design and develop secure multi-cloud architectures that leverage the strengths of GCP while integrating with Azure. Establish policies for federated access and inter-cloud identity management. Ensure that solutions adhere to organizational and regulatory security standards. Develop and maintain IAM configurations and policies that comply with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001). Use IaC tools like Terraform or Google Deployment Manager to automate the deployment of infrastructure and IAM configurations across GCP and other clouds. Build scripts and tooling to enable scalable and repeatable processes. Monitor GCP resources and IAM configurations for performance and security issues, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize for efficiency. Work with developers, security engineers, and IT teams to ensure alignment on identity requirements and document best practices for IAM and multi-cloud setups.
