Job Description - SAP OCM Stakeholder Description I have a great client that is need of an SAP OCM Stakeholder and this is contract for 5 +months. Travel will be required - up to 30%. Travel expenses will be covered by the client. We need a consultant that have played a part in the communication of change with either an MS to MS Migration or a Google to MS migration. The change impact to the user community is intense - we need someone that understands this process and can outline how they assisted end users throughout the inconvenience and disruption that is a migration program (mailboxes). Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall development and deployment of Stakeholder Engagement, focused on change champion enablement and stakeholder town hall sessions Develop and deliver a change champion plan for the Workplace Hub project, which is focused on creating and educating a team of champions who help move stakeholders along the change commitment curve. Manage the successful deployment and maintenance of the champion program, including regular meetings, assignments, and communications Develop the champion team operating model, outlining the structure, and guiding principles for the champion team Update the champion team in regular team meetings (frequency at the beginning of the project is recommended and can be reduced as a strong working cadence is in place) during which they: Develop agendas for and manage the champion team meetings in conjunction with project/program/OCM leadership Solicit feedback from the champion team related to enablement, deployment, operating model, processes, capabilities, testing, governance, or OCM Evaluate feedback to identify gaps, issues, and concerns Summarize feedback in the form of weekly reporting to the project/program/OCM leadership Work with the OCM Lead to develop and deliver town hall sessions to educate end users about the project, communications, and required actions for success Regards, Vaibhav Keywords: microsoft URGENT :: SAP OCM Stakeholder [email protected] |
