Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue in the staffing and recruitment industry. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, effectively communicating our services, and closing business deals. Additionally, the candidate will design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire top talent for client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective clients, build relationships with decision-makers, and communicate Scadea's staffing solutions to generate new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by closing high-value business deals and managing key client accounts.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies using internet sourcing, networking, and other tools to attract and hire sales professionals and consultants aligned with client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, multinational corporations, and top candidates to deliver outstanding results.
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and ensure seamless service delivery that meets high standards of client satisfaction.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation, while providing exceptional client support throughout.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, adjusting sales strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Core Competencies and Skills:
Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, technical recruiting, vendor management, business development, and client satisfaction within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Demonstrated success in generating multimillion-dollar revenue and managing high-value accounts.
Strong relationship-building skills with a successful track record of working with Tier 1 vendors, corporate clients, and top-tier candidates.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality client experiences.
Passionate about connecting IT clients with exceptional talent and empowering candidates to grow in their careers.
Eager to learn, collaborate, and innovate within the fast-paced IT staffing field.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
9+ years of sales experience in the staffing and recruitment industry with a focus on driving significant revenue growth.
Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment and staffing process, especially within the IT sector.
