Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and develop best-practice solutions. Provide expertise in data migration, integration, and system optimization. Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support. Identify and troubleshoot issues and ensure high system performance. Qualifications: Familiarity with data migration, SAP integrations, and system troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients. SuccessFactors certification (preferred). Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Location Preference: US / Remote.
