Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience (7 years) in lease accounting, with a strong understanding of IFRS 16 and other lease accounting standards. Hands-on experience with SAP lease accounting modules (SAP RE-FX, SAP FI-AA) and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in project management and implementation of SAP solutions is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Configure SAP modules to facilitate lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 and other relevant standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather lease data, assess financial impacts, and implement SAP solutions. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of lease accounting functionalities within SAP systems. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide user training and support for lease accounting modules in SAP. Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement solutions. Ensure timely and accurate lease accounting entries and financial reporting. Stay updated on changes in lease accounting regulations and SAP updates, providing recommendations for compliance.
