This role will be pivotal in managing cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. The Technical Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and application teams, to build secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Azure Cloud Architecture & Design : Lead the design of Azure-based solutions, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and aligned with best practices and industry standards. Solution Implementation : Oversee and actively participate in the development and deployment of cloud-based applications, services, and integrations. Project Management : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, managing resources and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery. Cloud Governance & Security : Implement best practices for cloud governance and security, including identity management, data protection, and compliance with industry standards. Technical Leadership : Serve as a technical advisor for the Azure platform, guiding development teams on best practices, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to design principles. Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure, improving efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Automation & DevOps : Promote DevOps methodologies, implement CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, or ARM templates. Mentorship : Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Required Skills and Experience Proven Expertise in Azure : 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing solutions in Azure, including proficiency in Azure compute, storage, networking, and database services. Technical Leadership : Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in cloud environments, especially Azure, including code reviews, solution design, and architectural guidance. Azure DevOps & Automation : Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Azure CLI. Security Best Practices : Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including Azure security services (Azure AD, Key Vault, Security Center), identity management, and data protection. Coding & Scripting : Proficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or .NET, with an emphasis on automation and integration. Project Management : Excellent project management skills, capable of managing resources, setting priorities, and meeting project deadlines. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments, applying both analytical and creative approaches to deliver efficient solutions. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Azure Certifications : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer, or other relevant certifications. Experience with Hybrid Cloud Environments : Experience managing hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises systems with cloud environments. Database Management : Knowledge of Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or other cloud-native databases. Experience in Agile/Scrum Environments : Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban.
