Set up and configure Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Establish connections with external telephony systems like PBX and traditional phone lines. Analysis and Troubleshooting: Provide detailed support for analyzing and troubleshooting SIP calls. Conduct call quality testing to assess and ensure high standards. Interoperability Testing: Execute interoperability tests between Microsoft Teams and external systems. Validate call functionality with PSTN, PBX, ATA devices, and specific VOIP domains. Test Result Reporting: Provide detailed reports on test results, including identified issues and resolutions. Communicate findings to stakeholders and recommend next steps. M365 Migration: Conduct workshops to gather requirements and assess the current M365 environment. Evaluate mailboxes, SharePoint sites, Teams, and OneDrive for migration, including sizing and content analysis. Develop detailed migration and remediation plans. Execute migration waves using appropriate tools, addressing issues promptly. Coordinate migrations to minimize user disruption. Provide final reviews of migrated content and communicate successes to users. Develop and deliver documentation and training materials to facilitate user adaptation. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience with VoIP technologies and SIP protocols. Proven experience with Microsoft Teams Voice integration and Direct Routing. Proficiency in configuring and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Experience with PBX systems, PSTN integration, and ATA devices. Strong troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark and Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 services and migrations. Proficiency with migration tools (e.g., BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate). Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Experience in project planning and execution of large-scale migrations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
