| Job Title: Polarion Application architect Location: Boston, MA (Onsite) Long term Contract Job Summary: This role involves end-to-end software development and lifecycle management, focused on Polarion ALM tool from Siemens and will involve some number of customizations and integrations to meet business needs. Skills & Experiences required: Good understanding of SDLC Processes and all the ALM phases. Executing projects with End-To-End Software Development Lifecycle using an Agile or Waterfall Methodology, including Software Source Control, Defect Tracking, Testing, Requirements Management. Extensive hands-on experience on developing Polarion customizations such as workflow automations, trigger scripts, custom LiveReports development, macros development, etc. Extensive hands-on experience on Core Java and REST APIs based integrations development. Good understanding of ALM tool from Siemens Polarion as an End User, Power User (configurator) and Customizations development. Basic understanding of OSLC APIs & OSLC based integrations Applying SDK/APIs understanding to developing integrations Technical ownership of ALM end-to-end solution. Building and implementing solutions with ALM tools with latest Industry trends and best practices Interact closely with business users and extract the business requirements based on their pain areas and convert it into Data Model.
