| Hello,Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, IncJob Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE) Scaling Agile (APPS)Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite-Hybrid)Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE) with extensive experience in scaling Agile, Program Increment (PI) planning, and Agile Release Train (ART) management. This role involves end-to-end planning and coordination of multiple scrum teams, driving cadence, ceremonies, and ensuring project commitments are met across all agile teams, including SAP and S/4 Hana environments. Responsibilities: Individuals will ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams and shared teams throughout the project lifecycle. RTE will ensure project commitments are consistently planned, coordinated, and met across Product Managers, scrum masters, and shared teams. Individuals are responsible for impediments handling in a timely manner, cross-scrum and shared teams. RTE will drive the process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams, not individual scrum teams including PI planning and release planning. RTE will maintain a release tracker for technical objects and set guidelines for DSUs and scrum team performance. You will support risk management and mitigations Qualifications: Individuals should have at least 5 years of experience as a release train engineer/agile management. Proven experience as a Scrum master, RTE, project management, Agile methodologies, and SAP environments is crucial. Experience with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increments (PIs). Demonstrated Release Train Engineer experience in big program implementations involving multiple applications. Understanding of SAP and S/4 Hana systems and how they integrate with Agile practices. Ability to lead and coach Agile teams, facilitate ART events, and foster continuous improvement. Experience with complex environments and multiple phases of projects running in parallel. Extensive experience in Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery. People management experience and effectively lead the team through change.
