Implement DBT best practices for data modeling, version control, testing, and documentation. Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries and DBT models for performance and scalability. Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to understand data needs and business logic. Develop automated processes for data loading and transformations using DBT and Snowflake capabilities. Conduct unit testing and ensure data quality by implementing testing frameworks within DBT. Document data models, transformation logic, and processes for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor and improve data pipeline performance and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with DBT and Snowflake in a production environment. Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of data warehousing principles. Experience in designing data models and ETL processes in DBT.
