Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base to capture GSPO best practices, lessons learned, and critical information. Build and maintain global services and GSPOs online presence via SharePoint. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve GSPO processes and enhance efficiency, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Process Inventory: Maintain GSPOs process inventory in partnership with Portfolio Managers Audit and Compliance: As needed, collaborate with internal auditors to address audit findings and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all GSPO processes, including SOPs, work instructions, and process maps. Audit intakes received through GSPO framework, and prepare regular reports on KPIs. Stakeholder Management: Ensure, monitor and maintain KPIs and SLAs. In partnership with the BI Analyst and functional POCs, ensure it is regularly published for global stakeholders. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives related to GSPO operations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
