Currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior/Lead Oracle Procurement Cloud Specialist to lead our procurement transformation initiatives. Job Description: As the Senior/Lead Oracle Procurement Cloud Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of procurement processes using Oracle Procurement Cloud. You will lead a team of specialists and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize procurement operations, enhance system capabilities, and drive business value. Your expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping the future of our procurement function. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Define and execute the procurement technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on procurement best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the Oracle Procurement Cloud team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive process improvements. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
