Title: Project Manager Location:Richmond, VA 7 Months HYBRID Either Phone or In Person Key Responsibilities: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute(PMI) - OR - VITA PM certification Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience managing large projects Microsoft Office products (Word,Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio,PowerPoint, Project Server) The candidate should have 15 years of overall IT experience Required Qualifications: The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large projects and a bachelor's degree. Fluency in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office required. PMP Certification through PMI Experience with VITAs Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and ECOS process is strongly preferred. Experience with Project Management Office methodologies and practices is strongly preferred. Experience with the core Commonwealth IT procurement processes (RFP, VITA Statewide Contract, and CAI SOW) is preferred.
