The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and customization, with a primary focus on documenting the entire lifecycle of SailPoint configurations, processes, and client requirements. This role is critical in ensuring our IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions are thoroughly documented to enhance project transparency, ease of maintenance, and knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities: *Documentation of SailPoint Projects: Lead the creation of comprehensive documentation for SailPoint configurations, workflows, role management, access reviews, provisioning policies, and system integrations. *Technical Specifications: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications that accurately reflect the configured SailPoint environment. *Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into well-documented SailPoint configurations and workflows. *Knowledge Transfer Materials: Create clear, accessible user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices documentation for end-users and administrators. *Process Documentation: Outline and document processes, including implementation steps, testing protocols, and troubleshooting guidelines to support ongoing operations and future upgrades. *Governance and Compliance Support: Develop documentation to assist in compliance reporting, audit readiness, and adherence to IAM governance policies. *Project Reporting: Maintain project documentation including project plans, progress reports, and change management records to keep stakeholders informed. *Training Materials: Support the development of training materials for client teams, providing them with the necessary knowledge for effective solution usage and management.Requirements: *Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ): Minimum [X] years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, deployment, and administration. *Documentation Expertise: Proven experience in creating detailed technical documentation, user guides, SOPs, and process workflows for SailPoint or IAM-related projects. *IAM Knowledge: Understanding of Identity and Access Management best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. *Technical Skills: Proficiency in XML, Java, and Beanshell for SailPoint configurations; familiarity with SQL is a plus. *Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex technical information clearly. *Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize documentation tasks effectively. *Certifications: SailPoint or IAM-related certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous consulting experience in IAM, with a strong emphasis on documentation or client training. * Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA is an advantage. * Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Ping, or CyberArk) is a bonus.
