Location: Remote Is Fine Notes: Works to understand and document the technical requirements. For this effort, much of the work will be to understand the source and target data content and required format for interoperability and collaborating with QA for executing testing. The primary skills are analysis of data sets, SQL, documentation and communication. All jobs below require ETL experience. This is a Snowflake data warehouse. Snowflake for Data Warehousing | Snowflake Workloads Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives. Analyze source and target data sets to identify content requirements, format specifications, and interoperability needs. Create comprehensive documentation, including data mapping documents, technical specifications, and user stories, to guide the development and testing processes. Work closely with the QA team to define testing strategies and criteria, ensuring that all data content requirements are thoroughly tested and validated. Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Assist in identifying data quality issues and work with relevant teams to address them, ensuring high-quality data for end-users. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in documentation and data handling processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on data requirements and interoperability. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and SQL for querying and validating data sets. Excellent documentation skills with keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
