Represent the PMO and PMO expectations within the project team Experience with Customer Loyalty Programs 4+ years in project management in the Retail/eCommerce/ Loyalty space Experience in Agile and applied skills as Scrum master on complex projects: ceremonies, planning, dependency management Must have core Project Management experience and skills Demonstrated hands-on experience; ability to quickly identify critical decision points and any potential project risks, provide solutions to team.
