This role will support system applications, build integrations, and provide operational support to ensure systems are maintained efficiently. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AWS, Power BI, and ServiceNow, coupled with a proactive approach to handling system requests and enhancements. Application Developer Responsibilities Support operational efforts in maintaining existing systems and applications. Build, enhance, and manage integrations between systems. Respond to break/fix items and troubleshoot system issues as needed. Collaborate daily with team members and the hiring manager to address new system requests. Work closely with stakeholders to align development efforts with business needs. Utilize Power BI for reporting, visualization, and data analysis. Manage and support ticketing processes through ServiceNow. Contribute to new system requests, development needs, and integration projects. 3 or more years of experience in application development, with a focus on AWS and API integrations. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and support. Preferred: Experience with PPMS (Oracle), IBM Filenet, DataCap, CMOD, JIRA, or Coupa. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to get up to speed quickly. Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, management, or related field. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively within a team.
