| From: Madhu, LGL Technologies LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Businesss Analyst Location ; Albany ,NY 10-12 yrs exp required Title: Senior Business Analyst -Meeting with business to understand their needs, leading joint application design sessions to gather business and functional requirements -Generating detailed process flows, documenting existing and to-be business processes clearly and concisely -Create detailed and interactive Graphical User Interface (GUI) mock-ups -Writing Business and Functional Requirement Documents -Creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria -Creating Test plan and test scripts to be used for system testing, including test data requirements -Execute system testing, following test scripts, and documenting results -Provide detailed explanation of bugs encountered during System Test, reporting them in a timely manner -Facilitate user acceptance testing, by creating scripts, setting up the environment, training the users who will be executing the test -Provide post implementation support to end users, potentially creating training documents, manuals, demonstrations The candidate should have a minimum of 10-12 years of strong business analysis experience, who can think out of the box and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills since they will be working directly with the business. If possible, this person should also have experience working with government agencies (child support would be a plus!).
