Task 1: Process Improvements for Field Test Data Collection

Analyze current field and laboratory data collection processes. Collaborate with Field Services, Lab, and Engineering groups to identify gaps and implement approved software enhancements across all applications.

Task 2: Mobile Solution for Scanning of Labels on Mobile Platform

Develop and integrate a label-scanning feature into the mobile application. Review and validate the functionality with field staff before final implementation.

Task 3: Field Instrument Calibration From The Mobile Device

Implement functionality to capture field instrument calibration data in the mobile app. Ensure the solution is validated by field staff and incorporated into the new mobile application.

Task 4: Employee Assignments - Swap Assigned Employee for Sampling Run

Enable functionality for field staff to swap assignments on the same day without restrictions. Validate this capability with field and lab staff before implementation in the mobile application.

Task 5: Employee Time Solution
