Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Applications Developer to lead the design, development, coding, and maintenance of web applications within this modernization project. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that applications are functional, robust, and aligned with the goals of client data system initiative. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the design and architecture of applications. Develop, code, and create web applications, ensuring responsiveness and functionality. Update and maintain applications, ensuring alignment with current project goals. Test applications rigorously for functionality, performance, and security. Collaborate within an Agile development team to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Web Development or DevOps preferred. Required Skills & Experience: Front-End Technologies: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery 10+ years React.js Development: Hands-on experience as a React.js developer 8+ years Back-End Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in multiple back-end languages such as C#, Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js 10+ years Azure DevOps & Pipelines: Experience working with Azure DevOps, including pipeline configuration 10+ years Application Design & Documentation: Strong familiarity with application design, coding standards, and documentation 10+ years Agile Development: Proven experience working within an Agile team environment 5+ years Version Control (GitHub): Proficiency in GitHub for source control management 10+ years Database & UI/UX Design: Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web services, and user interface/user experience design 7+ years Azure Functions & Application Insights: Experience with Azure cloud functions and Application Insights 5+ years Preferred Skills: Experience with student information management systems, specifically in K-12 data and reporting.
