ServiceNow - 7 roles Need 15 years or more experience. 4+ months with extension ServiceNow Technical Consultant(SAM) Location: 100% Remote Role Job Type: Contract Only USC/GC/GCAED/H4EAD We need a lead TC for our SAM engagement. The expected hours would be between 12-16 for the first few weeks while we write user stories and prep for development, and then would ramp down to 8-10/week during the implementation. During the initial phase, this person would be responsible for helping to architect and design the implementation alongside the BPC. We're already running workshops with Ford, so this person would need to get plugged in quickly and help with designing our solution. Once development starts, they would be responsible for acting as a lead and support the two more junior TCs through story development. ServiceNow ITOM BPC(Discovery/CMDB ) Location: 100% Remote Role Only USC (Native Citizen) US Citizen on US Soil 13+ or more years of experience will work Strong ITOM BPC to lead Discovery/CMDB workshop sessions, document stories and provide advisory support. ServiceNow ITOM BPC (SAM/HAM) 100% Remote Role Only USC (Native Citizen) US Citizen on US Soil 13+ or more years of experience will work Strong ITAM BPC to lead SAM/HAM workshops session, document stories and provide advisory support. ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant (SAM/HAM) 100% Remote Role Only USC (Native Citizen) US Citizen on US Soil 13+ or more years of experience will work Strong ITAM Lead TC for SAM/HAM support workshops sessions, demo product, refine stories, configure solution and provide advisory support. ServiceNow ITOM BPC (Event Consultant) 100% Remote Role Only USC/GC/GCAED/H4EAD ITOM Event consultant with expertise in Event Management who has process skills to gather requirements and document stories and be part of governance for Event Management stories. Also, be able to testing of Event Management stories once configured. This is an ongoing project ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant 100% Remote Role Only USC/GC/GCAED/H4EAD The initial 6-8 weeks will be workshops/stories, and the first workshops will be on ITSM foundations. We need the resource to be an active participant in the workshops (virtually) to ensure that best practices are followed, stories are reviewed, and that the foundation that is being built is solid.
