This role also focuses on gathering requirements for tickets and prioritizing them which this individual was having issues with as they haven t managed tickets in their past. What makes this role complex and not for everyone is the numerous modules & projects it must oversee and stay on top of, but for the person who is highly organized then this will not a problem at all. I am not sure what their thoughts are to working fully remote once you prove yourself, but that would be something that you could ask the manager during the interview. I would advise not asking this until the final interview. Responsibilities: - 5+ years of IT Asset Management and CMDB experience with using ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products - Prioritize the grooming of the product backlog, serving as the voice of the customers and ensuring prioritization based on business value. - Liaise between business and technical team to ensure business needs are met. - Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business needs into actionable requirements with ITAM/CMDB/ITOM. - Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with the business and technical teams - Monitoring and evaluating progress of requests through completion. - Previous experience implementing and running SAM & HAM - Prior experience prioritizing Asset Management tickets from various Asset Management modules - Prior experience working with Process Owner/Mgrs gathering feedback/request/enhancements and then prioritizing -Prior PM experience Keywords: access management information technology New Jersey Asset Management Module Owner [email protected] |
