Liaise between business and technical team to ensure business needs are met. Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business needs into actionable requirements with ITAM/CMDB/ITOM. Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with the business and technical teams Monitoring and evaluating progress of requests through completion.
