POSITION: Asset Management Module Owner

LOCATION: Manhattan or Lyndhurst NJ

JOB TYPE: 4 Days Remote and 1 Day Onsite I have the exact addresses to send if you want to pursue this

DURATION: 12 Months+

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2-3 interviews approx 30 minutes each (video)

VISA: Any Visa is fine as long as the candidate is having exposure to all the tools asked

This is a replacement because they had someone in this role and they struggled because they were a bit unorganized and that is probably the biggest no/no for this role because you will be required to meet with process owners/mgrs. and ensure all tasks/projects are on track.

This role also focuses on gathering requirements for tickets and prioritizing them which this individual was having issues with as they havent managed tickets in their past.

What makes this role complex and not for everyone is the numerous modules & projects it must oversee and stay on top of, but for the person who is highly organized then this will not a problem at all.

I am not sure what their thoughts are to working fully remote once you prove yourself, but that would be something that you could ask the manager during the interview.  I would advise not asking this until the final interview.

Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of IT Asset Management and CMDB experience with using ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products

- Prioritize the grooming of the product backlog, serving as the voice of the customers and ensuring prioritization

based on business value.

- Liaise between business and technical team to ensure business needs are met.

- Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business needs into actionable requirements with ITAM/CMDB/ITOM.

- Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with the business and technical teams

- Monitoring and evaluating progress of requests through completion.

- Previous experience implementing and running SAM & HAM

- Prior experience prioritizing Asset Management tickets from various Asset Management modules

- Prior experience working with Process Owner/Mgrs gathering feedback/request/enhancements and then prioritizing

-Prior PM experience
