Collaborate with early adopter customers to validate AI solutions, leveraging real customer data for rapid iteration and value realization. Develop practical implementation guides to facilitate new AI product adoption and drive innovation. Contribute to improvements in customer engagement with AI features like multi-language NLU, AI search, Task Intelligence, Issue Auto Resolution, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI solutions.Responsibilities
Implement AI products on the Now platform for early adopter customers, including LLM-powered VA Topic flows, conversational catalogs, AI Search, Agent Assist, and more.
Support customers using existing AI products like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, and Document Intelligence.
Gain expertise in newly released and pre-release features by deep-diving into the products.
Debug and provide solutions for customer issues directly on instances.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolving complex user issues related to AI solutions.
Validate new product releases and work with teams for product enhancement, including gathering customer feedback.
Define best practices for building and testing AI products and educate teams on these practices.
Continuously analyze metrics to assess and improve the quality and end-to-end user experience of AI solutions.
Prepare consistent, high-quality technical deliverables for customers.
Serve as the technical escalation point for solving customer issues, coordinating with engineering teams for quick resolutions.Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 12+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
Deployment Expertise: Proven experience with enterprise deployments, ideally with AI-based products.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java or JavaScript with the ability to understand high-level business problems.
ServiceNow Knowledge: Strong experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and scripting (Glide JavaScript), including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and more.
Platform Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of forms, tables, app development, update sets, instance upgrades, and provisioning on the Now Platform.
Problem-Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting and integration experience.
Debugging Skills: Expert-level debugging capabilities on the platform.
Preferred Skills:
Integration Hub and various integrations experience.
Familiarity with AI solutions like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and other similar tools.
Performance Analytics Reporting (PAR) expertise.
Knowledge of Python or Java.
Experience with MS Excel or analytical tools for data analysis.
Basic understanding of AI model performance measurement.Additional Skills
Ability to understand customer data using analytical tools and identify key automation areas.
Strong communication and analytical skills to identify and address product issues.
Initiative to identify product improvements and collaborate with teams to complete enhancement projects.
Provide customer support throughout their product adoption journey and guide maintenance processes.
