Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list UX System Designer Quincy, MA We are building a global design system This role with support the Design System Lead and the various teams in designing components that will be contributed back to the Photon design system Individuals who enjoy partnership, collaboration with other designers and engineers, and embrace giving and receiving feedback Must have experience working on design systems Must have some background designing complex data or financial applications Experience with FIGMA component construction, designing FIGMA variants and properties, FIGMA variables and tokenization Experience in human centered design process and defending their design decision with data / insights / best practices Experience working with brand style guides, hence components we design will align with corporate branding Experience/aptitude in UX design (ability to create component designs, prototypes in FIGMA) Passion for navigating and resolving ambiguity; penchant for considering all the needs of the users and their applications, all the use cases outliers, design system and brand alignment as we create enduring and compelling components to enable elegant product experiences Experience with user testing tools nice to have Some high-level general awareness of modern UI development technologies as a nice to have only so this individual can more naturally speak the same language as the UI engineers who will implement the designs (i.e. JavaScript/Typescript, ReactJS, Webpack, Nodejs, Redux, MaterialUI, react-query, Sass). Again, this is not an engineering role but simply good for design system designers to understand at a high level how these technologies are important to the overall technical architecture.
