Job Description: Were looking for a UX Designer to enhance the user experience for supply chain tools, including warehouse management systems and transportation management platforms. This role focuses on creating intuitive and efficient interfaces that support the fast-paced demands of supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring engaging and functional designs to life that meet both business and user needs. Responsibilities: Design intuitive user interfaces (UIs) to enhance interactions with supply chain software tools, including warehouse and transportation management systems. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and supply chain stakeholders to translate business and functional requirements into impactful UX designs. Drive continuous improvement by iterating on designs based on user feedback and emerging challenges within supply chain management. Conduct usability testing and implement insights to refine and improve user interactions and satisfaction. Document design processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and usability across platforms. Qualifications : Proven experience in UX design, preferably within supply chain or similar operational settings. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and problem-solving for complex systems. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions. Ability to work onsite in Memphis three days a week, engaging directly with the team and stakeholders.
