The ServiceNow Architect will be instrumental in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 15+ years of experience in IT service management and a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Experience: o 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform. o Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules. oExpertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development using the App Engine. Skills: oDeep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices. oProficient in designing complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, AngularJS). oExperience with ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools (Integration Hub, Orchestration). oFamiliarity with ServiceNows CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities. oAbility to work with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. oServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure. Hands-on experience with Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development. Familiarity with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is a plus point and their integration with ServiceNow. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
