The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing radio frequency (RF) performance across our network. This role involves a mix of data analysis, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams to enhance network quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: The RF Optimization Engineer will identify serving sites by obtaining Atoll plots and reviewing azimuth and downtilt settings. They will monitor events using the VPT tool, conduct site parameter audits, and provide KPI trends through the xLPT tool. The role involves developing optimization plans, identifying and correcting degraded KPIs, and performing root cause analyses for performance issues. Additionally, the engineer will analyze performance data, assess neighboring cell performance, conduct pre-drive tests, and implement parameter changes while monitoring outcomes. They will also extract and audit network configuration data.
