Strong background on ERP/PL SQL performance tuning methodologies and come up with suggestions based on the upgrade environment & timeline. Mandatory experience in any R12 upgrade project at least 1 project. Extensive experience with HP testing tools (Load Runner, Quicktest professional, WinRunner, and Performance Center) to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services, and SQL Server Experience in ERP front end UI performance testing skills will be added advantage. Define & Design Performance Testing Objectives and Scope along with Strategy Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, Quality Center, or TestRail.
