You'll leverage your analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable insights, ultimately enhancing our capacity to support and engage our workforce. This role will serve as the Workday Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for creating reporting solutions and contributing to the development of a long-term model for supporting Workday reporting needs. Requirements Expertise in designing and building Workday reports. Deep understanding of Workday data, including Core, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits, and Talent. Knowledge of Workday architecture, web services, and business process frameworks. Experience building dashboards in Workday, specifically focused on Talent and Recruiting. Strong knowledge of Workday's People Analytics platform and its applications. Familiarity with Workday functionalities and best practices for support and reporting. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to effectively understand and fulfill reporting requirements. Familiarity with PARO (Performance, Accountability, Results, Outcomes) methodology is a plus. Experience in configuring and maintaining Prism data sets in Workday is a plus.
