Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead with a strong background in Inventory Management and Order Management. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least two full implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, focusing on Inventory Management and Order Management modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions that align with business goals. Provide functional expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SCM modules post-implementation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and Oracle Cloud SCM features. Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM, with a focus on Inventory Management and Order Management. At least 2 full implementation projects in Oracle Cloud SCM. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as required for the role. Preferred Skills: Oracle Cloud certification in SCM. Experience with change management and user training.
