We are seeking a skilled Genesys Voice Developer to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing, implementing, and optimizing voice applications on the Genesys platform. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design high-quality customer interaction solutions that enhance our customer service and contact center capabilities.Key Responsibilities:

Genesys Voice Platform Development:
Design, develop, and maintain voice applications using the Genesys Voice Platform.
Customize and optimize Genesys solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Solution Architecture & Integration:
Work with architects and stakeholders to define and implement voice solutions aligned with business requirements.
Integrate Genesys applications with CRM systems, databases, and other third-party applications.

Scripting and IVR Development:
Create and manage IVR scripts and other customer interaction flows.
Implement voice recognition, call routing, and other interactive features to streamline customer experiences.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of voice applications to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and resolve issues related to call flows, routing, and customer interactions.

Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor performance metrics, logs, and error rates, implementing improvements as needed.
Provide ongoing support and optimization of the Genesys platform to maintain a high level of reliability and quality.Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience with Genesys Voice Platform development, including IVR and call routing.
Proficiency in Genesys Composer, Genesys Framework, GVP (Genesys Voice Portal), and Genesys Orchestration Server.
Strong scripting experience with languages such as VXML, JavaScript, and Java.
Experience with API integrations and working knowledge of RESTful services.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and CRM integration is preferred.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Genesys certification is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud-based contact center solutions.
Experience with speech recognition and natural language processing technologies.
