Job Title : Genesys Cloud Location: Remote (US) Contractors: YES Year of exp Overall 10+ Customer - Insurance Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contact Center Transformation Consultant for consulting & discovery projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Genesys Cloud CCAAS platform and be passionate about discovering and analyzing existing voice, email, and chat-related business processes. Key Responsibilities:- - Genesys Cloud consulting: Genesys Cloud Architecture IVR Development (Voice, Messaging, Email & understanding of Basic Bot Flows). Genesys Cloud API Integration (Data Actions) Genesys Cloud BYOC/BYOT Implementation Audio Codes SBC (End to end implementation) - Consultation and Discovery: Conduct short-term consulting engagements to assess existing contact center operations, focusing on voice, email, and chat channels. - Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization within current contact center operations. - Strategy Development: Develop actionable strategies and recommendations based on the discovery process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Client Communication: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients, providing clear and concise reports and presentations. - Training and Support: Offer guidance and support to clients on best practices and the implementation of recommended improvements. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contact center consulting, with a strong focus on Genesys Cloud CCAAS solutions .
