Role: Salesforce Solutions Architect Design Salesforce architecture solutions spanning business processes, hardware, operating systems, applications, networking environments, and platforms. Develop Salesforce technical frameworks and components that address common needs and can potentially be leveraged enterprise wide. Lead and collaborate with a solution integrator to design, develop, and implement a Salesforce solution, using Salesforce components, including Public Sector Solutions, experience Cloud, Service Cloud, ensuring they align with client requirement and Salesforce best practices. Responsible for providing Salesforce technical architecture leadership. Work closely with the Enterprise Applications Support team to architect Salesforce solutions across the current Salesforce implementation, legacy platforms, and net new development. Review of all current implementations to identify gaps, risks and recommend improvements and optimization areas includes Custom Code and integrations. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
