Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SAP Learning Hub functionality to support continuous learning. Content Publishing and Management. Experience in managing and streamlining the publishing process for learning content on digital platforms. Familiarity with content versioning, updates, and ensuring timely publication in line with organizational goals. SAP Ecosystem Knowledge Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and the role of training content in supporting SAP project teams. Ability to collaborate effectively with SAP Functional teams to ensure training materials align with ongoing projects. Learning and Development (L&D) Coordination. Experience coordinating between multiple teams involved in learning and development initiatives, including both content creation and distribution. Presentation and Communication. Design Proficient in creating engaging and visually appealing narratives using Keynote, Pages, or similar tools for leadership-level presentations. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex data into easy-to-understand visual reports. Data Analysis and Reporting Ability to generate, interpret, and present data-driven reports related to learning platform usage, providing actionable insights to leadership.
