Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, Public Sector Foundation etc.) Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Experience with Omni Studio. Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado etc.) and version control systems.
