Excellent communication skills. Gather, build, and document detailed process requirements (global and regional) - L0-L1-L2 Process mapping / designing Prep for design workshops, incl. gathering documentation/data, scheduling, notes Support user and agent testing, launch readiness, and cutover plan Define reporting and analytics requirements for process Build comms, training, KBs, and enablement for delivery teams Design and update employee-facing articles, help text, notifications, etc. Process Areas: Hire --> Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, Offboard.
