Mention your consultant visa status also Certifications Required : SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP PLM, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP Location - Foster City, CA - Remote SAP S/4HANA PLM Solutions Architect The SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Functional Lead will oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP PLM solutions This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product lifecycle processes and compliance with industry standards Strong SAP PLM Recipe Management experience in a functional lead role Strong configuration and functional experience in this area Support to design global Recipe Management - PLM processes and develop technical design for workflows, reports and forms Build of prototype PLM system with configuration of selected processes Functional design with system configuration, unit testing and cut over planning will belong to required task of the consultant Training of Customer resources Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills and knowledge of best practices Industry experience in Life Sciences or discrete/process manufacturing project experience strong pluses Must be confident and able to articulate point of view to the client team in a consultative manner Excellent, relevant experience with SAP PLM / QM / MM Focus on Recipe Management and SAP Collaborative Product Development for process industry Experiences from Life Sciences or similar process industry 10+ year experience as a senior functional developer: configurations, integrations Experience with excellent knowledge of Material Master Data and recipes Experience with blueprints is required Knowledge of SAP Integration Understanding of ABAP OO / coding Documentation capabilities (User documentation, training material) Job summary : We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PLM and a good understanding of Regulatory Compliance. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel Required Skills : ,SAP PLM Responsibilities : Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Provide expertise in SAP PLM to support the implementation and optimization of product lifecycle management processes. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations. Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables. Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize new systems and processes effectively. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PLM with other enterprise systems. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP PLM and Regulatory Compliance to drive continuous improvement. Assist in the development of business cases and project plans, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP PLM. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Have a good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and its impact on business processes. Show proficiency in data analysis and the ability to provide actionable insights. Display strong documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.
